Due to our ongoing expansion, The Boardman, an established company engaged in the provision of sign erecting services to the property sector, is looking to add a further member to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company which offers full training and competitive rates of pay.

You will be erecting Estate Agents For Sale / To Let signs across Warwickshire, Worcestershire and West Midlands.

Responsibilities:

Correctly position For Sale/To Let signs in line with Town & Country Planning Act Erect boards correctly and safely to company standards Change slips and collect boards when instructed Provide excellent customer service during Vendor interaction Some low level ladder work adhering to safety guidelines (full training given) Duty of care when driving and carrying out duties
Details:

Full training and ongoing support will be provided We will provide a van and fuel for work use, plus all the tools required We are offering part time and full time opportunities starting from 16 hours a week up to 38.5 hours Shift start time is typically at 7am from our Warwick warehouse and maximum daily hours 7.5 (8 hours with 30 minute break) A typical daily round will cover between 50 and 130 miles and between 40 & 50 jobs typically split between 50% erects and 50% changes/collects
Requirements:

Highly motivated to work on own initiative but also flexibility to be part of a wider team and readily cover other team members rounds if required Reliable & punctual Be capable of working on their own unsupervised (after training) Possess good communication and basic IT skills for use of apps Possess excellent attention to detail A full clean UK driving licence is required. Some work will involve the use of ladders so previous experience of working at heights is required. Practical experience using power tools is required. Held a Full clean UK driving licence for minimum of 3 years
Full time yay will start at 12.50 per hour rising to 13.00 per hour after successful completion of 6 months' probation period.

We have part-time temporary & full time, permanent positions available , Monday - Friday typically 0700 to 1500. You will not be required to work evenings or weekends in this role.
