Boat Crew

Skuna Boats was launched in 2017 with a mission to provide a unique water based experiences. Since then, we have grown to become an award winning experience and one of London's most loved tourist attractions - currently offering Hot Tub boat and BBQ boat experiences.

We are looking for a crew member to join our team and deliver a safe and fun experience to our customers. You will greet customers, provide a safety demonstration of boats and set up our boats for customer use. It is a role which is physical, fun and challenging. Please note much of this role will be outdoor based so ideal for someone who enjoys the great outdoors!

The Role

Assist with enquiries and bookings. Welcome guests and instruct them on our boat operations. Assist with boat departures, arrivals and turnaround. Assist in successfully delivering a great customer experience, caring for equipment, managing facilities, Health and Safety, and a bit of administration. Monitor customer behaviour. Assist customers if problems arise. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. Help with local marketing as required.

The ideal candidate will be...

Safety conscious. Confident around water. Boat experience is not required, but it is a plus. Must like working outdoors. Experienced in a guest facing role. A 'customer comes first' attitude. An enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills. Motivated, even when under pressure. Able to work under own initiative and be adaptable. Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and ability to diligently follow procedures. Practical, with DIY & maintenance skills.

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 35 per week
