Role Overview:
The Boccia Coach will lead and support inclusive, engaging, and accessible Boccia sessions in a safe and positive environment. The focus will be on participation, enjoyment, skill development, and confidence-building for all participants.
Essential Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of
Boccia

or
a strong willingness to be trained
Passion for working with
people with disabilities
Ability to deliver inclusive and adaptive activities
Commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe environment
Desirable Attributes:
Patient, calm, and encouraging approach
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication styles
Empathy, understanding, and respect for individual needs
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience working in disability sport, education, or community settings (desirable but not essential)
Training & Support:
Boccia-specific training will be provided where required
Ongoing support and guidance from the programme team
