Body Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the overall wellbeing of clients through various massage techniques tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, ensuring a personalised experience for each client. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes. Create a calming and professional environment that promotes relaxation and healing. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic workspace. Continuously update skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred, with a valid certification from an accredited institution, Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential for effective treatment planning. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. A compassionate approach to client care, demonstrating empathy and understanding of individual needs. Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
