Overview

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our therapy team. We are a team of 5 , open 7 days a week and due to a female therapist moving away we need to recruit a female therapist only. We have 4 male therapists and there is a genuine occupational need for a female due to client needs.

We are a mixed modality clinic. 50% clients come for an injury or muscle pain. 50% come for regular body maintainence and require a full body massage.

Shifts are changed and negotiated regularly but initially you would be covering

Tuesdays 5pm-9pm

Wednesday 5pm-9pm

Alternate weekends - 5 hours to be negotiated.

You MUST have a level 3 qualification that includes anatomy & physiology.

IDEALLY you will be comfortable and experienced offering sports injury repair as well as swedish/full body massage.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a strong knowledge of human anatomy. This role is essential in providing our clients with therapeutic relief, relaxation, and overall well-being. As a Massage Therapist, you will create a calming environment and tailor each session to meet the individual needs of clients.

You are joining a 5 star rated clinic with an ESTABLISHED CLIENT LIST: Pay is commission based and we pay industry leading commission rates. We are a small owner-therapist business and provide all the resources you need (clients, towels, paperwork etc). You just turn up, work with your clients and clean the room before leaving.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential. Certification from an accredited massage therapy programme is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy.

Pay: 20.00-28.00 per hour
