We are a award winning and busy tattoo and piercings studio based in the heart of Staines offering a top of the line piercing and tattoo experience. We work hard to provide each and every customer with a welcoming atmosphere and to only let them leave with either a quality tattoo or piercing.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about body piercings and the body art industry. As a Piercer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing piercings, and maintaining a clean and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry, a passion for piercing and a love for the artform.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality piercing services to clients, including initial consultations, piercing procedures, and follow-up care.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of piercing techniques and best practices.
- Offer a range of piercing options to clients, including earlobe, nose, and body piercings.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including active listening and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote the studio and engage with clients on various platforms.
- Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and participate in ongoing training and education.
Experience
- Previous experience of one year is mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media management and its role in promoting the studio.
- Proven hospitality skills, with the ability to provide exceptional guest services.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and other staff members.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and platform management.

Pay is commission based allowing for the successful applicant to have direct control over their pay and large earning potential.
