Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Piercer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for clients. As a Piercer, you will be responsible for performing body piercings with precision and care, while also engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Duties

Perform body piercings in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure all equipment is sterilised and maintained to the highest standards. Provide clients with detailed aftercare instructions and advice. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hygiene protocols. Assist in managing social media accounts to promote services and engage with the community. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the studio.

Skills

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. IT literacy and confidence working with POS and inventory management systems as well as spreadsheets Proficiency in social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
