An opportunity has arisen for a full time hands on,
Customer Service Administrator
within a respected well established vehicle repair company. Based in Whitby Rd BS4 3QF of Bristol you will be working alongside a small, friendly close-knit team.
Due to the nature of working in a small team this is a varied role that will see you involved in all office duties, supporting your colleagues where required. Each member is key and plays an integral part to the day to day operations.
The primary role:
First point of call with all in person customers
Respond to incoming calls and emails in a prompt and efficient manner
Coordinate bookings with multiple sites and mobile technicians
Following up on customer quotes
Managing any queries
Invoicing & creating estimates & Taking Card Payments
Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks and data entry
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Typing proficiency and attention to detail
Apple ipad & i phone experience

Hourly rate - 13.00 - 14.00 per hour 20 days holiday + bank holidays & pension plus bonuses - Core hours Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
