Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a professional manner
Schedule vehicle bookings and liaise with customers regarding repair updates
Handle estimates and enquiries
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Order office supplies and support the day-to-day administrative needs of the workshop
Coordinate with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in an admin role
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Comfortable using computer systems and software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Garage Management Software)
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
