The Role:

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Boiler Installation, Service & Breakdown Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of domestic boiler installations, servicing, maintenance, and emergency breakdown response.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of a range of domestic boilers and heating systems Diagnosing and repairing boiler faults and breakdowns Routine servicing and maintenance of gas appliances Ensuring compliance with health & safety and gas safety regulations Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in boiler installation, servicing, and breakdowns Full ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, etc.) Valid UK driving licence Excellent fault-finding skills Good communication and time management Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating Experience with a variety of boiler brands and smart controls
