Gas Engineer - Subcontractor (Boiler Installations)

Location: CF Postcode Area (South Wales)

Rate: Competitive day - job rate - 400-1000

Blue Flame Gas Solutions is a local, family-run business that's been serving the community for over 10 years. We're proud to offer value for money to our loyal and growing customer base, and we're now looking for a like-minded, highly experienced Gas Engineer to join us on a subcontractor basis.

This role is focused on domestic boiler installations across the CF postcode area -- and we are only interested in engineers who take real pride in their work.

This is not rushed, stacked work. We care about standards, customer satisfaction, and doing the job right.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years' experience in boiler installations Excellent wiring bias - strong knowledge of controls and tidy, professional finishes Proven ability to handle technical jobs and maintain high standards of workmanship Skilled in combi swaps, conversions, system upgrades, and full installs Gas Safe registered and fully qualified Own plain, unbranded van, full tool kit, and calibrated flue gas analyser Organised, punctual, and strong communication with customers Must be willing to provide before-and-after photos of each install A clean basic DBS certificate is required or must be provided before starting
