Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of technical systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead and supervise team members. The Installer will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' systems and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and commission electrical and mechanical systems according to schematics and technical specifications Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure accurate installation Utilise programming knowledge, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to configure and troubleshoot systems Perform welding tasks as required for system assembly or repair Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance Lead small teams during installation projects, providing supervision and guidance to ensure safety and efficiency Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and post-installation phases, resolving problems promptly Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including modifications or repairs undertaken

Skills

Proficient in reading schematics and wiring diagrams Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems Skilled in welding techniques for industrial applications Strong electrical experience with a good understanding of electrical safety standards Mechanical knowledge related to system components and assembly processes Ability to perform maintenance tasks on complex machinery and equipment Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal Prior supervising or leadership experience in technical or installation roles is desirable Customer service skills with a professional approach when engaging with clients Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams during project execution
