Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a
qualified Bookkeeper
with experience managing finances across multiple businesses. Supported by our external accountant, you'll oversee a wide range of financial duties and help ensure the smooth running of our internal finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple companies within our group
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Oversee and submit payroll accurately and on time
Manage financial software, primarily
Xero
Support cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
Prepare monthly reports and assist with tax return preparation
Liaise with venue managers, external accountants, and auditors as needed
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar finance role
Proficiency with
Xero
(QuickBooks or Sage experience also a plus)
Strong understanding of accounts processes and bookkeeping principles
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple entities
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A qualification in accounting or finance is preferred, but not essential
