Hours: Mon - Fri 08.30am - 5pm

Summary
We are seeking an Outpatients Booking Clerk to join our team at NHS Professionals in the UK. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication within our organisation, contributing significantly to our mission of supporting healthcare professionals in their careers.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner Checking patients in for their appointments Provide administrative support to team members as required. Dealing with any queries that may arise whilst on reception
Experience/skills
Proven experience as a Booking Clerk Strong organisational skills Proficient user of all MS Packages Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience of using NHS System - Trakcare essential, Choose & book desirable
