We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Training Department as a Training Bookings Administrator. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support across the end-to-end process of training course bookings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer service in everything you do.
Work Location/Hours
Based at our head office in Moreton-in-Marsh
Important Note: Our head office will be relocating to Banbury Business Park in January 2026. To support colleagues during this transition, we are offering a monthly travel contribution of 80.00 until December 2025.
This is a full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 16:30 (35 hrs)
Key Responsibilities
Process course booking forms and purchase orders in line with internal policies
Monitor provisional and waiting list bookings, converting to confirmed bookings in a timely manner
Ensure course dates are accurate and visible on the FPA website
Provide weekly reports on booking status, fill rates, and a three-month financial pipeline
Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, liaising with other departments where necessary
Create and maintain accurate job sheets for confirmed courses, liaising with trainers regarding changes or bespoke content
Maintain and update automated customer communications in line with course updates
Raise invoices and process credit card payments, ensuring appropriate documentation
Champion effective use of our internal CRM and LMS systems
Manage the training inbox, ensuring all communications are responded to within 48 hours and filed appropriately

Key Education and experience
Essential:
GCSEs A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or administrative role
Intermediate IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Experience working with CRM or LMS systems
Basic accounting knowledge
Experience of events and bookings
Business administration qualification
