Site: SMC CUPRA Woking
As a Bookings Advisor, you will provide customer service via telephone or digital medium to our Aftersales customers, to remind them of upcoming booking, explain what to happen on the day of their booking, and recommend additional services.

This position is available on a part-time basis, working a total of 16 hours per week, with the working hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Build rapport and create a positive customer experience. Contact customers prior to their appointments to ensure they know what to expect, and to remind them of future work required. Follow up Service appointments that do not show. Identify and book additional services with customers (i.e. warranty checks, recalls, accessories). Accurately process bookings, appointments, orders, and forms efficiently. Work as a full member of the dealership team.
