We're Penton Motor Group - a friendly, family-run business with a Contact Centre team made up of a wide age range and mix of personalities. We're looking for someone new to join us as a

Customer Support & Bookings Advisor

- someone who's positive, tech-savvy and genuinely cares about doing a good job.

You don't need to be a "car person" - you just need to be great with people and confident with computers.

What You'll Be Doing

On a typical day, you'll be:

Talking to customers on the phone about

MOTs, services and repairs

Booking appointments

and managing diaries across multiple branches Working across

several systems and screens at the same time

(CRM, booking tools, email, internal systems) Following

clear processes

so every booking is accurate and every note is logged Sending confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages Checking in after visits to make sure everything went smoothly Highlighting helpful extras (no hard selling)

self-motivated

and like getting stuck in without needing to be chased You're

confident with IT

- happy using multiple tabs and systems, quick to pick up new software You're

calm and organised

when it's busy and the phones are ringing You like

following steps and processes

so things are done properly You're a

clear, friendly communicator

- on the phone and in writing You enjoy being part of a

close-knit, supportive team


Whether you're early in your career and want a role where you can use your tech skills and grow, or you've already had some customer service experience and want something more structured and process-driven, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:

9:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday mornings:

8:30am - 12:30pm (rota basis)
We might be able to be slightly flexible with start/finish times for the right person - just let us know what you're looking for when you apply.
