Job Summary
This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment scheduling process. This role involves managing patient inquiries, coordinating appointment bookings, and supporting the daily coordination of each clinic's calendar (Wakefield, Sheffield and Stockport). This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from initial contact to consultation.
An ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a friendly and professional demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Convert inbound and outbound calls and messages via Facebook and Instagram which are related to appointments and general inquiries.
Turn patient interest into advancement with clarity and care
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using Dentally.
Coordinate appointments based on dentist availability and patient needs.
Provide accurate information regarding dental treatment.
Prioritising immediate white spaces to fill clinics diary to full capacity.
Always maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs with discipline and consistency
Work with a buzzing and ambitious team at our Wakefield HQ
Experience
Dental sales experience is an advantage.
Senior level confidence with a minimum of two years in sales/administrate roles
Natural on the phone with clear and persuasive communication
Money motivated, commercially sharp, and emotionally intelligent
