Bookings & Enquiry Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and care.
This role involves following up on enquiries, confirming bookings, updating calendars, and ensuring a seamless experience for every client.

Responsibilities



Follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Record new enquiries accurately in our Google Sheets system. Confirm bookings and update chauffeur schedules in shared calendars. Send deposit links, confirmation messages, and booking details. Maintain clear, professional, and friendly communication with clients. Assist with managing social media messages and basic admin tasks. Support the company director with day-to-day operational tasks.

Qualifications



Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Basic IT proficiency, especially Google Sheets, Gmail, and WhatsApp. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage. Reliable, self-motivated, and confident speaking with clients. A calm and professional attitude when handling multiple tasks.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
