Job Description

We are seeking a Bookings & Marketing Assistant to support our Sales, Events & Marketing Manager in driving revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality sales, events, and marketing. You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, assisting with event planning and execution, and managing digital content across our social channels.

This is a support role with a strong focus on organisation, creativity, and customer service, where you'll help bring our events and marketing campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Bookings

Support the Sales & Events Manager with day-to-day operations and projects Manage incoming pre-booked enquiries via online platforms, phone and email Provide excellent customer service, handling guest requests and booking queries Maximise pre-booked F&B revenue through cross-selling and upselling Assist with researching and developing client databases Help source new business opportunities and establish databases for targeted communications Build rapport with guests and support long-term client relationships Assist with proactive sales outreach and support in building new business opportunities

Events & Marketing

Assist in the planning and delivery of in-house events and activations Support venue teams and event organisers during live events Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and activations Manage and grow the venue's social media presence to increase visibility and engagement Create engaging content including reels, posts, and stories * Produce digital and print marketing assets such as event flyers, posters, and screen promotions
