Up to 35,000 FTE (pro-rata) or 25-40 per hour (DOE)

Property Branding is a fast-growing brand and marketing agency specialising in the UK property sector. As we scale, we're looking for an experienced

Bookkeeper

to help bring structure to our financials, ensure accurate reporting, and give the leadership team real visibility over business performance.

This role will be more hands-on initially while systems are tidied and processes are embedded, before settling into a light, ongoing rhythm. It's ideal for an experienced bookkeeper who enjoys working closely with founders and helping SMEs get financially dialled in.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping activities using Xero Perform bank, card, and account reconciliations Track and process expenses, invoices, and credit notes Support accounts receivable and accounts payable Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Prepare financial summaries and reporting for management Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight Liaising with our external accountant where required

Qualification

Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role Strong proficiency in Xero (essential) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong organisational and communication skills Comfortable working in a creative SME environment UK-based and able to work from our office when required
