Job Description

Bookkeeper

to take over from our long-standing and highly valued team member who is moving on.

This is a vital role for YFR, ensuring smooth financial operations and accurate reporting to support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities



Manage

accounts payable

and

accounts receivable

efficiently and accurately. Process

200+ payments weekly

(primarily Thursday/Friday). Oversee

payroll

processing for staff and subcontractors. Maintain

cash flow forecasts

and monitor financial health. Complete

bank reconciliations

in a timely manner. Prepare and submit

VAT returns

. Interpret financial data into clear

actionable insights

for management. Ensure precision, compliance, and timeliness in all bookkeeping functions.

driving licence

and have

access to a car

This is a

full-time, office-based role, which may turn into a hybrid role after probation.
