We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is up-to-date.
Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
Prepare financial reports and summaries as required by the Director.
Support year-end audit preparations by organising relevant documentation.
Collaborate with external accountants or auditors during financial reviews.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero is essential.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Pay: 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
