Reporting to the Financial Director, this key role is responsible for accurately overseeing all daily bookkeeping activities and internal systems to ensure all financial transactions and processes across the businesses are expertly managed.

Key Responsibilities:
Full time, office based with hours negotiable
Hybrid working negotiable after probationary period
Training support available
Uploading invoices & raising queries with suppliers
Manage payment runs
Reconciling bank accounts
CIS and VAT returns
Processing time sheets and expenses
Ability to process Payroll a bonus
Overhead account analysis
Answering of main company phone line
Some maintenance of HR system and office tasks
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team, business and external partners
Excellent telephone manners
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
Accounting qualifications are preferred, but candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
Construction Industry experience preferred
