Responsibilities
Place and manage day-to-day orders with suppliers
Enter and process supplier invoices in
Sage Cloud Accounting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Reconcile supplier invoices and statements
Assist the Accounts Manager with daily accounting tasks
Use
Excel
for comparisons, tracking, and basic reporting
Prepare
costings
and pricing support as required
Create and produce
reports as required
Support general bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent)
AAT or accounting qualification preferred but not essential
Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping or accounts experience required
Experience using
Sage Cloud Accounting
Good working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
