Job Summary
We're looking for a trustworthy and detail-focused
Bookkeeper
to support all financial operations across Willday Printers, Willsow, and Seedprint. This is a key position in the business, working closely with our family directors and providing reliable financial insight as the brands continue to grow.
This role is
100% on-site at LE3 5LX
and ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a friendly, close-knit, and fast-moving workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and organised financial records for all three brands.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, expenses, and customer payments.
Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements.
Prepare and submit Quarterly VAT returns.
Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist with reporting.
Support budgeting and forecasting for growing product lines.
Liaise confidently with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Work with external accountants on year-end accounts.
Keep financial processes efficient, compliant, and up to date.
What We're Looking For
Proven at least 3 years bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small or multi-brand business.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
Experience with accounting software (Kashflow, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar). We work primarily on Sage 50 Accounts and Kashflow.
Experience with general Microsoft Suite Products such as Word and Excel.
A proactive, positive attitude and readiness to support a fast-growing team.
Someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative, family-driven environment.
