Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will manage financial records and ensure accurate accounting practices to support our company's growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Xero, VT.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software systems.
Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Prior experience in the vehicle rental or related industry is a plus.
