Job Description

Duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero accounting software
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review
- Assist with payroll processing if needed and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide support during tax filings

Skills
- Proficient in using accounting software Xero
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
