We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. Duties
Manage and maintain accurate financial records using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is correctly entered into the system
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
Assist with payroll processing and other bookkeeping tasks as required
Support audit preparations by organising relevant documentation and records
Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within an organisation
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in maintaining accurate financial records in a professional setting is desirable
