About Us

Lastlawns Plus is a growing landscaping company based in East Kilbride, known for high-quality installations and excellent customer service. We manage a range of domestic and commercial projects and are looking for an experienced part-time Bookkeeper to join our team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookkeeping processes. This is a flexible part-time role, ideal for someone with strong experience in bookkeeping and good knowledge of Xero.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using Xero Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments Manage sales invoices and receipts Prepare payroll information for submission Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Complete VAT returns and prepare management reports Support with job costing and project tracking Liaise with management regarding budgets and cash flow

Requirements

Proven experience in bookkeeping, ideally within trades, landscaping, or construction Strong working knowledge of Xero Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills and a professional approach
