Glasgow | GP Practice & Property Company | 1 day per month
We are seeking an experienced, Xero-certified bookkeeper to support a GP practice and a small property company on a part-time basis.
Essential requirements
Professional bookkeeping qualification (AAT Level 3/4, ICB, or equivalent).
Part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ICAS also acceptable.
Xero certified (mandatory)
Proven bookkeeping experience with SMEs
Ability to attend on site in Glasgow
Comfortable working independently and handling confidential financial information
Key duties
Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations
Bank and control account reconciliations
Preparation of records for accountant review
Liaison with external accountants as required
Desirable (not essential)
Knowledge of
Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules
Experience with regulated or professional practices
Time commitment
Approximately
1 day per month
On-site attendance required
Fee
Daily rate commensurate with experience
