First Mailing is a progressive Direct Mail company established for over 20 years. We are based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
We are looking for an experienced, part-time Bookkeeper
As a Bookkeeper you will ultimately be responsible for:
Processing sales invoices, receipts, payments and purchase invoices
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Control
Preparing Management Accounts
Preparing financial reports for company director
Preparing year end files for submission to Accountants
Liaising with payroll company
The ideal candidate will need:
Experience of working within a similar role
AAT qualification (preferred not essential)
Experience of using Sage and good Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working to deadlines
Trustworthy, honest and reliable
Working 15 hours per week - flexible over 3 or 4 days.
Attention to detail is important, you'll work well under pressure.
An Immediate start is available with in house training provided.
20 days holiday pa (pro-rata)
