Job Overview


Are you a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive Bookkeeper looking to work with a small but ambitious accountancy and tax practice that values accuracy and client care? We are looking for someone who can help us manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, support client accounts, and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain accurate financial records for a variety of clients Reconcile bank statements and manage ledgers Prepare VAT returns and assist with payroll Collaborate with our team to ensure deadlines are met Use accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)

Candidate Profile:



Proven experience in bookkeeping (practice or industry) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Familiarity with UK tax and accounting standards A self-starter who enjoys working independently Excellent communication skills
