: Hybrid (Barcombe office + remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update all
QuickBooks
transactions
Run and update the
cashflow forecast
Manage payroll
and liaise with employees regarding pay
Prepare and submit
VAT returns
Communicate with
HMRC
on behalf of the business
Support the business with general
bookkeeping and financial admin
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in
QuickBooks Online
Strong understanding of
payroll
,
VAT
, and
HMRC processes
Confident working independently and managing their own time
A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
Based locally to Barcombe (or within easy reach)
