Hours

: 25 - 30 hours per week

Multi Catering Technologies are a family run business working with some of the most prestigious names in Norfolk hospitality. We are looking to add to our friendly team as we continue to grow and expand our business. The successful candidate will be a key part of monitoring and improving the financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Reconciling bank accounts and payments Sending customer statements Raising Purchase Orders Credit control and debt chasing Working with customers to manage payment plans Management and growth of existing customer direct debits Management of our direct debit system (GoCardless) Providing reports to management

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills Able to meet deadlines effectively Previous experience from within a similar role Working knowledge of Sage Accounting or similar accounts package Relationship management Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Good computer literacy Strong numeracy skills Excellent verbal communication via telephone Excellent level of written English language Retains confidential information and demonstrates tact and diplomacy Due diligence and thoroughness Good understanding of general accounting processes
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 19,000.00-25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
