Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
Prepare monthly financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial status.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and provide support during audits.
Experience
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is essential.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are a must.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
