Midlands Psychology is a Social Enterprise specialising in community psychological services. We hold a number of public sector and private contracts, most notably in the fields of trauma, emotional well-being and autism. You will be part of a small team of dedicated professionals, who are responsible for providing a range of psychological services.
Overall Purpose of the Role
The post holder will be responsible for reconciling payments on a weekly basis using Xero.
Main Responsibilities
Using existing Xero financial software, to undertake a number of basic financial tasks including issuing invoices and consolidating payments.
Sending reminders of any overdue payments.
Setting up new payment accounts on Xero.
Producing monthly up-to-date financial statements for the Clinical Director.
Knowledge and Experience
Must be proficient in Xero
Reliable and trustworthy
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational skills
Experience dealing with confidential information
Experience of working within a Health Care environment
This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities, and the post-holder may be required to undertake other duties which fall within the grade of the job or the capabilities of the post holder, in discussion with the Clinical Director.
This job description will be reviewed regularly in the light of changing service requirements and any such changes will be discussed with the post-holder.
It is expected that the post-holder will abide by the policies and procedures held by Midlands Psychology.
