You will support multiple businesses across different sectors, managing day-to-day and month-end financial processes.
Responsibilities
Process payments, invoices, income, and receipts in
Xero
Prepare
VAT returns
Handle cash and petty cash
Reconcile bank accounts
Process supplier payments
Prepare monthly payroll
Process daily sales and reconcile with reports
Produce monthly financial statements (debtors, creditors, P&L, balance sheet)
Assist with admin tasks and annual accounts preparation
HR experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Requirements
5+ years' bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in
Xero
and
Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to commute to Stevenage or plan to relocate before starting
