Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Clarkson House. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding care.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
Collaborate with management to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage.
Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
