Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team at BPS Commercial Ltd in the UK. This part-time role is essential for managing our financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations. Your contribution will support our mission to deliver excellent automotive services.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using Xero accounting software . Maintain accurate financial records reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements. Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Liaise with our accountant and ensure full HMRC compliance Familiarity with Payroll, invoicing systems and supplier accounts. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Xero essential. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in automotive or workshop environments is a plus but not essential. Good communication skills.
