We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting the overall financial health of our organisation. Experience with various accounting software platforms is essential to perform duties efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records using recognised accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries regularly to ensure accuracy Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review Assist with payroll processing and related documentation Support audit preparations by organising relevant financial documents Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organisational policies Collaborate with external accountants or auditors as required

Experience

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero is essential Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities effectively Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous but not mandatory
