Job Description

Grace Lodge Nursing Home in Walton Vale, Liverpool 9 is looking for a part time book-keeper to work 14 hours per week over 2 days. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the finance director.

Key Responsibilities of the

Bookkeeper:



Day to day running of accounting tasks Enter all payments by BACS & cheques Reconciling all bank accounts Reconciling Sales & Purchase ledgers Credit control of Sales accounts Other adhoc duties as and when required

Essential experience and qualification criteria



Strong numeracy and literacy skills Excellent all-round IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A-Level or equivalent SAGE 50 - experience (advantage) Good communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload Willingness to learn new skills and be flexible in your approach Evidence of strong ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.44 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
