This is a part-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing client Xero and Hubdoc accounts, liaising with clients to collect information regularly, and communicating with clients to answer and solve queries. They will also be responsible for providing Administrative Assistance to the team where needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience and be comfortable working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, perhaps having worked in an accountancy practice previously, therefore holding un understanding of the workload required.
XERO/Quickbooks experience required
Excellent phone and email etiquette skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role and the ability to provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail and accuracy skills
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in computerised systems, including Microsoft Office, XERO, Quickbooks
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
