Longueville Manor are looking for part time (term time is optional) bookkeeper to join our team. This role is to be responsible for the reconciliation of the day-to-day expenditures of the hotel. The successful candidate will have a great head for numbers, be analytical and meticulous in their work. Experience, or a bookkeeping qualification is desirable, however full on the job training will be given.
Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience. This role is 12 hours a week, with flexible working patterns if required. We operate a very attractive staff discount on goods and services for all employees.
Maintain and develop the accounting system
Credit control and statements
Supplier payments and management of online banking system
Answering suppliers' and customers' accounts
Liaise with accountants and provide information for end of year audits
