What You'll Be Doing

1.

Bookkeeping Magic

Keeping clients' books tidy using software like Xero, QuickBooks, or Freeagent Managing purchase/sales ledgers, bank recs, and journals like a pro Preparing and submitting MTD VAT returns
2.

Client Vibes

Chatting with clients (email/phone/Zoom/sometimes in person), making their lives easier Spotting ways to improve systems and shouting about them - we love ideas!

You'll Totally Rock This Role If You...

(a) Have hands-on experience in bookkeeping (bonus points if it's in an accountancy practice!)
(b) Know your way around cloud-based systems like Xero, QuickBooks, Freeagent, etc.
(c) Are organised, reliable, and allergic to missing deadlines
(d) Can talk numbers without sending people to sleep
(e) Maybe you are an AAT qualified or part qualified bookkeeper, but in all honesty if you have proven experience we care more about what you can do than what letters you have after your name
