The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of bookkeeping experience, preferably within pharmacy setting. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our accountants and delivering exceptional service to our clients

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate financial records for clients Processing sales and purchase invoices, receipts, and payments Reconciling bank statements and managing client accounts Preparing VAT returns and managing accounts payable/receivable Assisting with payroll and tax returns Supporting accountants with financial reporting and year-end accounts Liaising with clients to address queries and provide financial insights

About You:

At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a pharmacy environment Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices Proficient in using accounting software such as VT, Xero, or QuickBooks Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
