Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (additional hours as required)

Salary:

Up to 55,000 OTE per annum

About Us:

HMO Property Designs specialise in the conversion of residential terraced housing into 4, 5 and 6-bedroom HMOs.
We've been producing new HMOs in both the student and professional rental markets for the last 15 years throughout the North West and North East. We have continual work already signed and agreed for the next 2 years and beyond.

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced

Site Manager with Trades Experience

to oversee operations across multiple sites in Barrow. You will be responsible for managing between 5 and 10 houses at various stages of conversion.

A full UK driving licence and own transport are essential. Being located within reasonable distance from Barrow is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and manage trades activities to ensure project completion within deadlines Co-ordinate with trades, suppliers and Head Office to ensure smooth workflow and communication Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation Address issues and resolve on-site conflicts Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards Liaison with Building Control at agreed stages of the build

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar construction role Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations Trades experience essential Refurbishment or HMO project experience desirable Strong time management and leadership skills Excellent communication, both verbal and written Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
