We are a well-established Interior Design Agency with a reputation for creativity and quality. We're looking for an organised and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper & Event/Trade Show Administrator to join our team.
This is a varied role combining bookkeeping, administration, and coordination of our annual large interior trade show held in central Scotland.
This position offers flexible working hours, making it particularly well-suited for someone who requires reduced hours during school holidays. Please note that hours will increase in the lead-up to and during our annual trade event.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day bookkeeping and financial record management
General administration support for the business
Planning, administration, and support for our annual interiors trade show
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and event partners
Requirements
Proficiency in Sage accounting software
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Strong PC and IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
An interest in the interiors and design sector is a strong advantage
