We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper/office administrator who will be willing to tackle the varied tasks in a small busy office. We would like someone who is able to work independently and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
You will be responsible for various tasks including:
Health and safety compliance
Keeping records and everyday filing
Recording holidays
HR tasks including contract creation
Bookkeeping tasks
The bookkeeping tasks will include:
Checking and reconciling bank accounts
Reconciling supplier monthly statements
Managing stock returns and credits
Recording sales and purchase invoices
Must have:
A fully competent knowledge of Sage50 accounts and Xero
Experience in Excel and Microsoft applications
Availability during the last week of every month
