PAY

Everyone joins the same income structure, the structure is flexible, how much you earn and how fast you progress is significantly up to you:

Month 1: probation month, 20,000pa Month 2: 25,000pa Month 3: 26,000pa

Month 4: 27,000pa Month 5: 28,000pa Month 6: 29,000 pa

Month 7: 30,000pa Month 8: 31,000pa Month 9: 32,000pa

Month 10: 33,000pa Month 11: 34,000 pa Month 12: 35,000pa

Month 24: 47,000pa Month 36: 59,000pa Month 48: 71,000pa

JOB DETAILS

Full-time;

Eight hours weekdays as department efficiency requires;

No cash handling;

Twenty days paid holiday; this is expected to increase as we prosper;

JOB DESCRIPTION

Initially, the Finance Team will be responsible for financial control and business modelling, as the new business evolves so will its financial needs, the Finance Team will be responsible for satisfying all needs, including cyber-security, either in-house or in conjunction with the external-accountants.

Training determines your income and progression and, if you have what it takes, we will pay your fees to obtain professional qualifications or a degree; this might be your chance to get to university.

The Team Leader will be expected to have at least an AAT Level 3 Certificate in Book-keeping coupled with a commitment to becoming a qualified accountant; and the Assistant will need at least Level 2 Certificate;

You must be expert with leading accounting systems including Sage, this will be our lead system, Xero, Dext and IRIS might be considered;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This new business will start with no financial skills, just a blank sheet of paper, the Team Leader will be expected to build a department that is fully competent in every respect;

We will start with Sage and perhaps 300 customers, within four weeks we will have a full e-commerce website and perhaps 600 customers, within one year there will be at least six additional sites, each with its own finance team, reporting to regional and national Leaders;

Ensuring that all transactions are HMRC compliant;

Collecting and recording data;

Memorising all technical information and data;

Being a perfectionist;

Accepting diversity, putting everyone else before yourself; we are team-players
